Meet the Team of Professionals

Hollie Saxton

Managing Director

About Hollie

Hi, I’m Hollie — AAT qualified and proud to be the Director of Saxton Vincent. I first joined the team in 2009 and have built up extensive experience across all areas of accountancy and taxation. Starting here as a trainee, I’ve worked up to running the practice and I genuinely enjoy the variety that comes with the role and take great satisfaction in seeing how our work makes a real difference to our clients.

Born and raised in Devon, I spent four years living in Wales before returning home — there’s just something special about Devon life! Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to three children, and we love spending time outdoors, especially by the sea. Whether its paddle boarding or simply exploring the coast, you’ll usually find us near the water.

What I love most about Saxton Vincent is the diversity of our clients — no two days are ever the same, and I feel privileged to meet and support so many different people and businesses.

Monika Luczak

About Monika

Hello, my name is Monika. I joined Saxton Vincent in May 2023 after I finished my Level 3 AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting. In my current role, I do a variety of work including preparing company accounts and bookkeeping. I enjoy working at Vincent and Co as there is so much variety each day!

Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring new places with my family especially in our camper van. I also love reading.

Stephen Vincent

Consultant

About Stephen

I founded Vincent & Co in 1985; I did this to help clients understand their tax positions and to help people to develop their businesses. There have been so many changes to the profession since I started, if you have time, I could bore you for hours! Whilst compliance is a major part of accountancy these days, very little was around when I started. I still love being able to share the skills we have with clients wanting to understand their tax positions and develop their businesses. I love playing golf (very poorly) and enjoy watching sports of all kinds. I am very interested in ancient culture, particularly Egyptology, and human/creation origins.
